This Refund and Returns Policy explains how Next Level Research Labs handles return requests, refunds, replacements, and order issues.

Because our products are research materials that may require controlled handling, storage integrity, chain-of-custody protection, and contamination prevention, returns may be limited.

For safety and quality reasons, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, tampered with, improperly stored, or temperature-compromised products.
